e. We offer a 7-day Return Policy for eligible services*.
f. Refunds processed through the payment gateway will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of the transaction. For payments made via debit/credit cards, the refund will be transferred to the respective card account. For UPI-based payments, the refund will be credited to the linked bank account. Wallet payments will be refunded to the respective wallet. Refunds may take up to 10 days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment service provider.
g. Before making a purchase, we strongly encourage you to read this Policy to understand your rights and what you can expect from us should you need to return or exchange a product.

Billing and Payment
Certain features and services on our platform may incur a fee or other charges. If you choose to use these paid services, you agree to comply with the applicable terms of sale, pricing, payment, and billing policies associated with these fees.

Be Athletic Ventures LLP reserves the right to introduce new services with additional fees or modify the fees for existing services at any time, at its sole discretion.

It is your responsibility to provide accurate and up-to-date billing information, including phone numbers, email addresses, and payment details (such as credit card numbers or UPI details). Be Athletic Ventures LLP does not verify all credit card or UPI details submitted by customers for payment processing.

If you opt to upgrade or purchase additional services, payment will be charged to your credit/debit card, UPI, or via net banking at the time of purchase confirmation.

In case of billing issues or discrepancies, you must notify Be Athletic Ventures LLP within 30 days from the date the charges appear on your statement. Failure to do so within the specified period means you waive your right to dispute the charges.

Refund Policy for Online Fitness Programs
At Be Athletic Ventures LLP, we strive to provide high-quality fitness programs to support your health and wellness journey. However, we understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to request a refund.

Refunds are available under the following conditions:
1. Program Not Started: A refund can be requested only if the online fitness program has not been started by the participant.
2. No Classes Attended: A refund will only be granted if the enrolled participant has not attended any class (live sessions or otherwise) from the start of the program.

Refund Request Conditions:
● Refund requests can be made within 7 days from the date of registration or the payment made.
●  Requests made after 7 days will not be eligible for a refund.
To request a refund, please contact us within the eligible period with your payment details and a reason for your request. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the transaction, subject to verification of the above conditions.
Please Note:
● Once the program has started or any class has been attended, no refunds will be issued.
●  Any payments made for the program are non-transferable and cannot be credited to future programs.

CANCELLATION OF REFUND REQUEST
A request for return once made can be cancelled by contacting customer care at payments@beathletic.fit.
Definitions
a. "Business Days" refers to any day that is not a Saturday, Sunday, public holiday, or bank holiday in India, or in the state where our office is located.
b. "Customer" refers to an individual who purchases goods for personal use and not for the purpose of resale.
c. "Date of Transaction" refers to the date on which a product is purchased, in accordance with the relevant terms and conditions for that product.
d. "Website" refers to the site accessible at www.BeAthletic.fit.

ORDER NOT CONFIRMED BUT AMOUNT DEDUCTED
a. If the amount has been deducted and the order is not confirmed, please do contact Your respective bank. It takes 7 (seven) Business Days to reverse back the amount by the respective bank.
b. If the issue has not been resolved within 7 (seven) Business Days, you can contact Our customer care support as follows: support@BeAthletic.com.

RESPONSE TIME
a. Returns are normally processed within 14 - 28 Business Days after the completion of quality checks of the product returned.
b. Refunds are normally processed within 7 Business Days after checking the veracity of the refund request.
c. The period of refund may also depend on various banking and payment channels, and We will not be liable for any errors or delays in a refund due to banks or third-party service providers.

REFUSAL REFUND REQUEST
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any refund request if such a request is not in compliance with this Policy or applicable laws.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
The timelines provided for processing of refunds in the case of international customers shall vary depending on mode of shipping etc. The Support Team at BeAthletic will keep the customers informed in such cases.

ADDITIONAL TERMS
These terms ("Refund Policy") are in addition to the BeAthletic.com Terms and Conditions & Privacy Policy to which you agree to by using BeAthletic.com. In the event of any conflict between BeAthletic.com Terms and Conditions and these Return Policy Terms, these Return Policy Terms will prevail.
